Need Jeep Help!!!

I have a 93 Jeep Wrangler...when shifting into 3rd it grinds...all the other gears work perfectly..but 3rd grinds...and only when ur moving..if u sit and go thru the gears it does not grind...I would really like to get it fixed without replacing the transmission cuz i dont have that money...any ideas whats wrong?,,,some guys told me it might be the synchronizers??

Yup,

That's what it sounds like. Got a quick question. Are you using the factory suggest gl4 tranny gear oil? It eats the brass synchros, and causes them to grind.

what kind of tranny fluid do u recommend?...and how hard is it to replace the synchro?
