Need info on clen

I'm interested in using clen but I don't know anything about it. I know that some use it to lower body fat but my knowledge regarding it ends there. I'd like to get my body fat down to about 8% but I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE ALOT OF MUSCLE IN THE PROCESS. I'd like to keep most of it. What kind of dosage of clen would everybody recommend? Info much appreciated. Cheers.

5'10"
220lbs
Body Fat: approx 11-12%
 
dosage can be anywhere from 20mcg's per day up to 120mcg's per day. You want to start of low and ramp up untill you determine how much your body can handle.
I've had good results with 2 days on, 2 days off for 6 weeks. Another way to go is 2 weeks on, one week off for 6 weeks. Start low and ramp up to what your body can handle and then ramp back down toward the end of the cycle.

by Bill Roberts - Clenbuterol works the same way as ephedrine. However, unlike ephedrine, which is out of the body in a few hours, clenbuterol lasts for days. So you are on it 24 hours a day. No one chooses to be on ephedrine 24 hours per day, because it interferes with sleep, and so clenbuterol is more effective.

Also, for the same effect on fat cells, clenbuterol accelerates heart rate less, so one can use effectively a higher dose. (Not a greater quantity, but a dose giving a greater effect on fat cells for the same effect on tachycardia.)

It results in severe downregulation of beta receptors, which moderate ephedrine use does not do. Thus, it is particularly effective only for a short time.

Typically if using clenbuterol the dose would be about 100 mcg per day. It is not anabolic (or significantly so.)

In the article it says the rats were given 2 milligrams per kilogram of body weight per day. That's equal to 180 milligrams daily for a 90 kg man. Normal dosage is 100 micrograms per day. The four week duration used may also be a relatively longer period for a mouse than a human.
 
i think you just have to use it repsonsibly.. work your dose up and your fine. most adverse effects are gotten by those who abuse these substances.
