I'm looking to start my first cycle of test and deca. But I also wanna lose weight what would be a good diet for me while I increase muscle but wanna lose fat?

so you want to gain muscle and lose fat huh? don't we all! that is the point of bodybuilding and its why its so challenging.. just a tip for you.. doing both is HARD. you need to either gain mass with some fat. or cut down and sacrifice muscle.
 
A recomp is definitely the hardest thing to accomplish, but can be done successfully...especially on cycle.

Diet and training/cardio needs to be on point. Ive had good results for a recomp eating 20% over maintenance on workout days with 20% under on non-workout days....then hitting the cardio every non-workout day as well while keeping the carbs down.


Why Deca? For your goals of recomp, I would do something like test/Anavar? Also almost forgot....what are your current stats? Age/height/weight/bodyfat?
