Need Help! (Fat-burner, whats best?)

Looking for some quality supplements out there but everything I find gets bashed excpect for 1-AD. Is there anything thing else out there that works. I would like to add some muscle a drop a bit of bf% and need some suggestions on what works! Was looking at VPX untill I did some searches and found everyone thinks that shit sucks too. Is 1-AD the only thing out there right now or what? Please give honest suggestions.

BNA, honestly, a good MRP and Creatine. Get a good fat-burner (plenty of them, I can recommend some if you want specific direction), and start doing cardio every morning for 30 minutes. Hit the weights hard, read the thread on "creatine and fat loss" on this board, and you're good to go. After you've done this for 6 weeks or so, if you've lost fat and you're strength is up, then you might consider some prohormones, but let's start with the basics. Oh, and clean up your diet, already! :P

Any kind of PH is just icing bro. You've got to build something to put the icing on.

Its like Nitrous. Can't start with some crappy 4 cylinder. So buy the simple things to build your 454 first. Use NOS later

1. Protein, good quality whey, no crap(shit loads of it)
2. Multi-vitamin
3. Glutamine, lots of it
After these you can consider other things if you have the cash.

Thanks for the posts guys, appreciate the help. Here are my current stats...what should I shot for before considering anything else.

6'4"
215 lbs.
14% bf
stomach is where I am holding most the bf
otherwise pretty lean, good broad sholder build

Thanks for the help!

Oh yea, what kind of thermogenics are going to work the best...I have used just about every ephdra based product out there and it hasn't done much for me.

I am using the massquant. Flax oil
