Need help working out diet

A bit of info on me:
Age: 19
Lifting History: New
Height: 6'5
Weight: 182 lbs
Estimated BF%: Thin/lean

Have currently bought the following:

-Whey Protein
-Creatine Monohydrate
-Glutamine

I've also bought multivitimin pills, atioxidant pills, and an omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acid.

I'm desperately trying to get into better shape but need a bit of a hand working out the daily amounts of each I should take. I'm looking to bulk up, and am "lifting heavy" three times a week.

Any help would be appreciated. A sample diet would be ace!

Q, you'd probably do better over in the Diet and Bodybuilding forum. Go there and read the stickies. A lot of it is about fat loss, but the nutrition is pretty much the same, you just need to up the calories (at 6'5" and 19 you will need to WAYYYYY UP them ... sounds like you have a serious ectomorph frame) You may want to grow mass, but you're still GROWING, period.

Learn everything you can, that's the real key. You learn now, it'll be a gift you give your body for the rest of your life.
