need help with winter cycle

hello. i am 210lbs at 12% (+-) BF. I was going to start a bulk cycle but decided to see how lean i can get and will do a 12-16 week cut cycle with a bit of test and either winny or tren. i recently went back to school though and im going to have to move my meals and training around work and school. what i have planned is 1 hour of cardio at 5-6am and workout after school which will be around 9-10pm.

i havent sat down and made any meal plans yet but i am planning on eating 6-7 meals with the last 2 adding carbs with either R-ALA or ALA. of course, one hour prior to training i'll be eating carbs.

my questions are: can i add natty PB one hour before training?

and i know that dextrose is the preferred post workout drink but im thinking of eating a baked potato instead. i want to stay away from any sugars just to see how lean i can get. would a baked potato as a post workout meal be ok? or should i just down the whey by itself and eat a complex carb an hour later? thanks for any help

Post workout is the only time it's good to eat sugars, even while dieting. By doing so you'll gain or maintain your muscle. Dieting while maintaining muscle is a delicate balance of controlling anabolism and catabolism. So keep the dextrose in there.
 
Natty pb is fine before lifting; I wouldn't do it before cardio though. Haha....I would do dextrose/whey even while cutting, but that's just me. Baked potato for post work out...that's a new one.
 
theres this huge guy in the gym i go to. he said its better not to consume sugars while youre dieting. i asked him even post workout and he said its better to eat a potato since it is simple carbs

makavelli do you agree that juice is a no-no for post workout? also, i would prefer for the post workout meal to be my last meal since i'll probably just go to sleep after i get home and shower. while cutting, do i need to eat another meal an hour after the post workout meal?
 
1 hours of cardio is not needed, also too long boring... do HIIT (high intensity interval training) i do either elliptical or stair stepper, for 15 minutes then go to tread mill for additional 12-15 minutes, its very effective and it goes by a lot quicker :)
I am in the same boat ( about sugars) , im 4.5 weeks out from contest and im afraid to eat any sugar post workout.
 
45min mourning, 45min night is the most ill go(that is after i worked my way up to that..!!!_), if youve got clen, youll know why, PB??? PB is one of my weaknesses, i try to stay away from it, get your fats from salmon or EFA pills, i like to cycle my carbs when im dieting, sun-high, mon-wed low, thur-high, fri-sat low, sun would be my off day, but you seem to have it down pretty good i just thought id say what id do... when the tren or winny and test, ill give you an idea of what i would dothat is what i would do if i only had the choice to use test tren and winny(really i would just use like 8weeks of test and 14weeks of something like EQ) here it goes...

good luck, i also when really seriously dieting stay away from dairy(sugar), bread(procesedcarbs), fruit(fructose, a sugar that turns into fat easy!), and honestly if you eat all real food and stay away from shakes and bars you will get lean!~! i love bars and shakes but to get ripped real food is the way to goooooo.... goodluck

If it's your last meal you can just drink the dextrose with whey and casein, and ALA. I don't recommend Juice at any time, dieting or bulking, due to the fact that juice contains lots of fructose. Fructose is easily converted to triglycerides...fat... :worried:

I know many average people who have lost a good amount of bodyfat simply by cutting out juice and sodas.
