hello. i am 210lbs at 12% (+-) BF. I was going to start a bulk cycle but decided to see how lean i can get and will do a 12-16 week cut cycle with a bit of test and either winny or tren. i recently went back to school though and im going to have to move my meals and training around work and school. what i have planned is 1 hour of cardio at 5-6am and workout after school which will be around 9-10pm.
i havent sat down and made any meal plans yet but i am planning on eating 6-7 meals with the last 2 adding carbs with either R-ALA or ALA. of course, one hour prior to training i'll be eating carbs.
my questions are: can i add natty PB one hour before training?
and i know that dextrose is the preferred post workout drink but im thinking of eating a baked potato instead. i want to stay away from any sugars just to see how lean i can get. would a baked potato as a post workout meal be ok? or should i just down the whey by itself and eat a complex carb an hour later? thanks for any help
