I am dairy allergic. Not lactose intolerant, but fully allergic so I cant have milk or anything of the sort. Ive looked at and used ON egg protein, and I am waiting for a protein factory blend
Few questions : is protein factory better than true protein? If so, can someone make the best post workout blend which has good bang for buck, from either company (whichever is better) for a guy with dairy allergy.
Are there any other powders out there (or weight gain powders) which use egg? On further note I cant drink soy milk, but can eat anything made out of soy. Weird huh. Ive been lurking through the forums and have seen N2 a lot. Perhaps of this is a company they have egg based products. Also, how is carnivor beef protein isolate?
