Need help with Prog. related gyno.

I've been tryng to get rid of this for a while now and am not having much luck. I've tried Letro, Nolva, and AIFM and had very little if any improvement.

After some recent reading I'm now thinking it must be prog. related. What should I take now to get rid of this problem? Bromo? Caber? Dostinex? I was gonna go with bromo but it sounds like the sides are pretty severe.

As always, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you currently "on"? If not, what was your previous cycle and how long ago? If you are on, then you need to stop whatever it is that's causing it (tren or deca?) How long did you run the Letro, Nolva and AIFM? And at what dosages?

Some thoughts: Maybe you didn't run the Letro long enough... if you did run a progestin, then Nolva potentially could have made it worse.... also, I read somewhere that aromasin, though not as strong as Letro, showed some promise in reducing prog. related gyno. Also a good idea to start up on dostinex to reduce prolactin, which could be a contributing factor among many possible others.

Search around I think Macro outlined a regimen for this. It consists of cabergoline e4d and aromasin (not sure on dosing schedule).

Not currently on. I started noticing the problem more on a run of var last spring. I know var alone shouldnt cause gyno, so my guess is it was not the best quality.

I've taken pro hormones in the past and heard they can cause prog. gyno. Im not sure of the cause but I feel pretty confident now that it is prog./prolactin related.

I ran aifm for probably 3-4 months starting at 1-2 pumps/day and going as high as 6 pumps. Ran nolva at 20mgs and letro started at 1.25mg then bumped it to 2.5. Ran both for about 2 months.

I saw improvement at first with letro, but only on the hard tissue. No improvement in the puffiness at all which is now my main concern. The lump is pretty much non existant.

youll bump this all day bro and probably never find a solid answer for the "puffy nipp" problem.. i had a thread awhile back and about 10 guys chimed in asking how to get rid of it because they have it too.. no lumps, just raised nipple, like there is fluid under it..

surgery might be the only way honestly..

ive been told it might be fatty tissue build up around the nipple.. try a calorie deficit and a topical fat burner
