need help with oral var

Me and a couple of buddies have a 240ml thing of var (sealed but not in a vile) that we need to split into three separate containers. What is the best way to do this? Do we need to put it into sterile vials?

Also, when i am taking it i will be using 1/3ml three times per day. I was planning on just pulling out 1/3ml with a syringe and putting it in cranberry juice or something. Does this sound ok? do i need to use a different syringe every time or can i reuse it since i am not injecting?

if its oral there is no need to make it sterile. and you can reuse a syringe if your just using it to measure oral gear.
