Need help with my diet

I go to school and all, and dont know how to get a solid cutting diet.
If someone can please help, thatd be many thanks, and also tell me how much of each etc..
Meal 1(5:40):Oatmeal , flax oil, low fat cottage cheese
Meal 2(8:40):Whey protein shake
Meal 3(11:40): Flax oil, low carb protein bar
I workout at 2-3.
Post workout: Whey protein, mixed in with dextrose
Meal 4(5:00)- 3 whole eggs, low fat cottage cheese
Meal 5:(7:00)-2 grilled chickens
Meal 6: Protein shake
 
post your stats, such as BF%, weight, height.... i am 6'4" weighed 240, and here was my cutting diet...

Breakfast: 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, water
Lunch: NitroTech bar
workout
protein shake
chickenbreasts

i go to college and i know how hectic it can be, and this was probably unhealthy, but it got the weight off.....
 
My weight is 170, height is 5'8 1/2, body fat is 22%. I wrestled at 152 and after the season ive been on a huge eating binge. I gotta lose the fat.
 
Shit man, thats exactly the situation im in! I lost 30 lbs on my bench and comparable weight on other exercises when i got back in the gym i was so pissed. What do you reccomend I do? Season ended a good month and a couple weeks ago. Ive been eating like a lunatic. I dont stop eating, like every 15 min I get hungry and gotta keep on munching on junk and its PISSING me off. Will my metabolism recover to its previous levels?
