Need Help with Getting Bigger, Faster, and Stronger.

I've never used ASs but I'm looking in to it. I am interested in the performance gains I can achieve with AS. I have found lots of information on improving my looks but not much on preformance.

I am not a body builder. I am looking for more power, endurence and speed. Can anyone share their experiences with cycles and specific gear.

I have read that Ben Johnson used winny but how much and how offten. I am interested in the healing charateristics of GH.

I am a bodybuilder (kind of) and a very keen cyclist. I have noticed that whilst on the Sust250 every 5 days and 15-25mg dbol per day (a fairly light cycle) that my power, speed, and endurance are all increased.

This is obvious. More muscle means more power.

Cannot explain the endurance.. maybe increased red blood cells...

I recommend it.
 
Sure i train with weights but mostly plyometrics and I work a lot with just my body weight. Push ups, pull ups, and dips. Then I do a lot of power lifting type movements. I don't do any bodybuilding type lifting like curles or caft lifts. I only want funtional muscle I am not interested in appearence. I know most guys lift weight to get strong but also for how it makes them look.

I am a wrestler / fighter and I am only interested in funtion.

I should clairify the powerlifting movements. I do these of course with weights.

I am more interested in being able to do 50 pull ups fast than having say huge bicepts.

For what u are describing,Id go with winny at 50mg a day or EOD along with primo or a small amount of any test.say 200 to 300 mg a week.EQ would also do well at 50mg EOD with winny.

Poohbear I'm 32.

I currently do lots of sprints mostly on a rowing machiene. I prefer it to running for 2 reason one Ihave bad knees and 2 it's more of a full body workout.
