Okay guys, I need help designing a cycle.
My Stats:
5'11'' 190 lbs 13% bf I've been training seriously for 3 and a half years and eating correctly (no junk, high protein) for 12 months. When I started training I weighed in at 153 lbs. So that's a 37 lb gain - pretty good I think. But I've hit a plateau.
My Desired Results:
This would be my first cycle. I would like to gain between 10 and 15 lbs of lean muscle. And I would like to use a steroid (s) cycle with as short a detection time as humanly possible. I have my reasons.
