Need help with Cycles

whats the best cycles to go on and off, right now im on my second with Anadrol and Winstrol, taking Milk Thistle and NovedexXt, working out 5times a week, im really pushing my self to get Bigger and Cut, what should i take is there a steroid that works better then these two when stacking? How many cycles should i do before i take off?

Anadrol and winni is not a good combo they are for different results .

FYI; you do 1 cycle recover before you start another time on with pct = time off.

So i say stop now and do pct and learn some more before you hurt your self and any mates that are doing this with you .

22/ 6.0/ 190 /lifted since freshman year in High school, but never really got big/ just started doing cycles finished my first/ results where wicked good, loved them doing almost 200+ on everything

okay, no doubt you are from mass:)

my advice is wait at least 6 more years--you have not stopped growing yet. I gave you a 7 day platinum membership to do a lot of reading and learning--
 
i agree with eddy...research bro!

you never mentioned anything about help with a diet....diet is the most important element. your diet determines your results more than the steroids bro.
 
Thanks Alot, haha Yes i am from Mass, but any recomendations for a diet while on this cause ill just keep the winstrol and jus stick with anadrol, im going to read what you gave me thanks alot again
 
50% protein, 30% fats, 20% carbs

everyone's body is different but i would say start your calorie intake around 3000cals and go from there bro
 
its a slower absorbtion protein...lasts in your system longer...cottage cheese is a good source

i myself can't stomach cottage cheese so i have a casein protein shake
