ok guys here is the rundown....doing a bulkcycle then gonna run straight into cut cycle.......cut cycle consits of winny,eq,fina,t3.......i am 5'5 193lbs......i have about 19% body fat.....now my question is while im ddoing bulkcycle should i and if i should how much cardio should i do if any atall......i plan on doing an hour once i get into cutting phase....but what u guys think of while im on bulking....my upper body and legs is ok but just have a gut.....
