need help with CLEN

ok , today I just started week 3 of my cycle ( EQ + winny + GH )

and I am doing like this :

week 1-2 -> xenadrine
week 3-4 -> CLEN
week 5-6 -> xenadrine
week 7-8 -> CLEN

So , just started the clen today , and I have some questions :

1) what dosage should I use ?? ( each tab contains 0,02 mg )

I was planning in using 4 tabs a day , 2 in the morning and 2 at mid-afternoon , is that ok ?? or should I take it all at once ?? or should I take 6 tabs ??

2) I remember when I used clen before ( years ago ) , and when I take it before my workout , I will run out of breath pretty fast ( faster than normal ) ..so can I take it AFTER my workout ??

I only took 1 tab today before working out and I already felt the short of breath thing ....damm


SO , what do you guys think ??

I think you should go up 1 tab a day until you reach 5 and stick with that for the remainder of the cycle. It's really up to you how you want to split it up, it doesn't matter because of the long half-life. I like to split them up, because I can't handle toomuch at once.

I know what you mean about the shortness of breath...

So , ok 5 tabs a day , I will split 3 in the morning and 2 in the mid -afternoon .

but the 3 tabs I take in the morning , can I take it AFTER my workouts ?? , the shortness of breath really sucks and hurts my workout ...

Yes you can, but I wouldn't recommend it because I like a little buzz before a workout.


You need to give all your karma out (20pts or so) before you can give it to the same person.

Drink plenty of water on clen, btw.

but I like the xenadrine buzz ,

the shortness of breath that clen gives me kinda suck .....so I will take it after my workouts...

btw- is clen really anti -catabolic ?? if so , it will help me grow a lil bit more :) ??

I don't think anavar compares to some of the drugs you are taking. Will it HELP you maintain muscle mass? Yes, but don't expect anything major.

You may remember that I posted my results oafter my first clen cycle and I gained 3lbs of muscle. It was clen only, so this stuff is definetely anti-catabolic.

I'm on my second cycle so far and it's been 5 days and I've dropped 1 inch on my waist + another inch or so of water. I'm actually dieting this time and doing cardio eating 2300-2500 cals a day all clean.

I started at 201 at 16-17% BF (this was after a week of dieting with cardio without clen).

I now weigh 195 lbs at 15-16% BF (who knows maybe lower, I can almost see my top abs).

I usually drop 3-4 lbs of water weight on clen so that accounts for some of the drop. I lost about 3 lbs of BF, and my waist went from 38 inches to a little under 36 inches. My muscles are much harder and I increased my rows and bench by 5 lbs. My arms are improving quite a bit.

I asked cause I think that I am not eating enough ...

I weight 214 lbs and I have 12 % bf ,

my goals are :

weight - 209 lbs
bf - 4 % or 5 % at the most


I am eating like 1800 cals a day ....I think I am gonna bump it to 2000 - 2200 ....what do you think ??

Up your calories big time!! 1800 cals?? My 110 lbs mother eats more than that!

I think you should bump it up to 2400-2500 cals. That should be the lowest you go. You will see much better results eating this way.

Increase it gradually, don't start eating 2500 cals right away give yourself 1-2 weeks.

Post your diet. I have to leave now but I'll take a look at it for you.
 
yeah bro , but I went kinda paranoic with the fat loss and started eating too lil ...well look at my current diet :


-----MEAL 1 : 2 1/2 scoops of super whey fuel ( twinlab ) + 1 glass of fat free yogurt

protein - 48 g of protein
carbs - 11 g
fat - 3.5 g


----MEAL 2 : 1 myoplex deluxe + 1 banana ( or 10 lil frozen strawberrys )

protein - 42 g
carbs- 45 g
fat - 2 g


-----MEAL 3 : clean pasta ( portion the size of my clenched fist ) + 1 table spoon of tomato sauce ( low fat ) + 1 chicken breast or 1 lean red meat

protein - 35 g ( not sure )
carbs - 40 g ( not sure )
fat - 7 g


-----MEAL 4 : Myoplex deluxe

protein - 42 g
carbs- 25 g
fat - 2 g


-----MEAL 5 : same as 3

protein - 35 g ( not sure )
carbs - 40 g ( not sure )
fat - 7 g


-----MEAL 6 : 2 1/2 scoops of super whey fuel + 1 glass fat free yogurt + 1 sandwich containing 2 slices whole wheat bread + 3 slices of cotttage cheese.


protein - 65 g
carbs- 33 g
fat - 10 g



TOTAL :

-----> proteins - 267 g ( 1068 cals )
-----> carbs- 194 g ( 775 cals )
-----> Fat - 31 ( 279 )


TOTAL CALORIES - > 2120 cals ( right now that I added the sandwich and the banana ) , I think it was like 1900 cals before ...



and I only added this sandwich right now ( this week ) , meal 6 was just the whey fuel + 1 glass of fat free yogurt ... and meal 2 was only the myoplex shake , just added the banana last week ..



so , what do you think bro ?? should I bump the carbs , the protein ?? the fat ?? I just ordered some flax oil , I will take 1 1/2 tablespoon a day

Major problems in your diet. Very easy to solve:

-----MEAL 1 : 2 1/2 scoops of super whey fuel ( twinlab ) + 1 glass of fat free yogurt

protein - 48 g of protein

Where are the eggs? More of your daily carbs here

----MEAL 2 : 1 myoplex deluxe + 1 banana ( or 10 lil frozen strawberrys )

carbs- 45 g

Myoplex and other MRP shakes are shit. I'm sorry if that seems to contradict what you think but it's true. Look on the ingredients. Chances are it lists Maltodextrin. This stuff is worst than table sugar. Your reliance on shakes is a very bad move. Shakes should only be used if you really are too busy to eat. Try a low carb protein blend like Labrada V-60 or Ultimate Nutrition Egg and milk. Add instant plain oatmeal to it.

Pasta is not clean, it is a processed food and unless your fist is the same size as an anorexic 12 year old girl's it has more than 40g.

fat - 2 g
Shake with the banana post workout only!

-----MEAL 5 : same as 3

protein - 35 g ( not sure )
carbs - 40 g ( not sure )
fat - 7 g


-----MEAL 6 : 2 1/2 scoops of super whey fuel + 1 glass fat free yogurt + 1 sandwich containing 2 slices whole wheat bread + 3 slices of cotttage cheese.

Lower your carbs here/ eat only the cottage cheese and a little whey. 30-40g from the cottage cheese and add some whey.


TOTAL :

-----> proteins - 267 g ( 1068 cals )
-----> carbs- 194 g ( 775 cals )
-----> Fat - 31 ( 279 )


TOTAL CALORIES - > 2120 cals ( right now that I added the sandwich and the banana ) , I think it was like 1900 cals before ...


Increase protein and fat intake(the flax will do) and lower your carbs to 150-180. Oatmea, and Beans are your friends. Instead of those shakes try something like a couple of chicken breast or a can of tuna.

Scrap it and restart.

2-about the MRP ....are you sure it is that bad man ?? myoplex always helped me lose fat and gain muscle ....I don't get it ...I just checked and it does contain maltodextrin , is this thing that bad ????? why ???

3- Pasta is not clean ??? that is a new one for me .. ok I can eat rice or potatoes instead of pasta , but as far as I knew pasta was a clean carb .....just wondering

---- one of the main reasons I take 2 Myoplex deluxe a day is that it contains , CLA and glutamine , very important suplements ....if I stop taking it I will have to suplemet with glutamine and buy omega 3 gel caps ....

180 g of carbs ( 720 cals )
40 g of fat ( 360 cals )


TOTAL - > 2.280 cals


is that ok ??

Maltodextrin and Dextrose will prevent you from getting ripped. Not to get to technical, but it will spike your insulin levels too high and fat stores will not "open up". The reason the put Maltodextrin in is because it is so cheap! Pick up any time of junk food an you will always see either maltodextrin and dextrose listed in the ingredients.

Eat beans and plain oatmeal, these are the best carb sources hands down. It is very easy to overeat with pasta.

Glutamine is a great supplement. I would buy it seperately, probably cheaper than Myoplex anyway.

Try at least 320g of protein, 160g of carbs, 50g of fat for roughly 2400 cals.
 
Spiropent is sposed to be good stuff... i may try that next time round. I think 6 is the limit poer day on those, but not sure.
