Agree with Al. Nothing is more important than diet. I can make better aesthetic "gains" on little to no AAS with just cardio and 2500 cal diet than I can with 6000 cals and 3 grams of gear. What that basically means is when I bulk i'm a bloated monster who can barely move. And when I cut, I just load up on egg whites, glutamine, mild AAS w/GH, and cardio my ass off. For a show, the "mild" AAS gets tren, winstrol, and masteron added to it.
Clen and T3 have gained the "magic potion" reputation much like GH and Trenbolone. As with the other two compunds, Clen and T3 results are only as good as your diet and genetics allow them to be. So because you asked what type of diet you should be on to lose bf, that tells me you may not be ready (and for the record I never use that stuff, just a trusted OTC thermo like T-rex with some ephedrine thrown in) for something as serious as Clen and/or T3. Try restricting your calories by 200 per week below maintenance, eat moderate carbs (no carbs after 5 pm), cardio 4 days a week on empty stomach first thing in the morning, and drink lots of water. That, plus 30-40 g of glutamine a day will prevent you from losing LBM and will cut you up nicely. Once you start to drop bf, if anything I'd add an AAS like tren, test prop, winstrol, anavar, etc to harden up. You'll be lean, but might be flat from the low calories and carbs, so the AAS will fill you out (as will a carb-up day) and harden you up nicely. Just a suggestion.
