need help wit cycle

Okay i got 500 mg of sus250 im gonna take 4 8 weeks and i got Stanol V (winstrol) tabs 10mg x 100 tabs per bottle and Nolvadex (10mg) x 100 and of course ima newbie so could someone put this in proportion of what to take when to take for me?, and i also have clomid (30tabs 50mg) i ppreciate!

sus for 8-10 weeks winny for 6-7 weeks and take liver protectors...drink a lot of water too around 1-2 gallons/day...ALA is good for the liver at 600-1000mgs/day you can find it online for a cheaper price from www.kilosports.com and www.anabolicfitness.net go to there AF store and buy there liver protector...telling you all this cause iam not sure if you know what to take for the liver...clomid after cycle
