need help winstrol injection swelling and pain?

Im not sure about winny bro but im suffering from a shot of test e thats made one of my ass cheeks twice the size. Im hoping it just goes away, if not....time to see the doc.

Could have been a higher ba conent, higher concentration product, or just a bad injection.
