i have 4 weeks until my show. luckily i'm off work until then and was wondering what may be a good way to split my routine. right now it's cardio in the a.m. and weights in the p.m. ( each bodypart once a week, abs and calves twice a week). i've heard of pros doing say biceps in the morning and quads in the evening. any suggestions ? would like to keep cardio in the a.m. on an empty stomach.
