Is there a difference in symptoms of an infected enlarged prostate, from a prostate that is enlarged from AAS?

Will an enlarged prostate from AAS continue to increase in size if the AAS is continued? Will switching to low/med. DHT AS help?

Is AAS induced prostate enlargement reversible?

How do you avoid prostate issues when injesting 1000mgs./wk of test ?

Is finasteride an option?

Finasteride has been found to have pernament negative sexual side effects, such as impotence. Is this true? Or just an issue due to the abuse of AAS in combination with finasteride?

Anyone have a chart listing the DHT conversion rate?

Yes, an infected prostate will be hot to the touch. Of course, you have to have a doctors finger up your ass to find that one out. Also, if your prostate is infected, you may pass bacteria in your urine or semen that can be seen in simple tests.

Once it's enlarged you should stop AAS, even those that have low conversion rates.
