i'm 14 and 138lbs and my body fat is around 10%, can any of u guys give my a diet or some advice on how to get my bodyfat to around 5% i really want to get cut for highschool and for basketball, thanks!!!!!
at you age and bodyfat % you are fine...if you are eating plenty of good protein and carbs, and staying away from too much sugary snacks! I used to eat sugar or pizza for lunch everyday at school, until my coach pulled me aside, fixed the problem asnd I started gaining good weight!! DRUG FREE!!!! you are too damn young!
BTW,....goto the diet board...they can help also!
