Need help on hcg and trt

I have been on Test-E for about 9 months now. I currently inject 110mg every 6 days, take .25 Adex M-W-F. I just got hcg from my doc. From what i've read here, the consensus is 250iu, 2 days before next shot, then again day before shot. Can someone give me some advice on this.....I would like to get my nuts back.....Thanks
