Need help on GH/Insulin

Im starting a cycle of GH next week. I have heard varying opinions on the corrcet doseage. I have heard that 4iu is great others say at least 8iu / week or I'm wasting my money. What about insulin how much should I use? Im current on (just started) a Test/DBol cycle by the way. Also can I inject the insulin with the GH?
