My friend is having a panic attack and she can't seem to calm down. Shes having trouble controlling her breathing and can't stop shaking. What can help?

I already told her everything there was, breathing in a bag, closing eyes, getting her mind off it .. and it totally helped her while waiting for your replies, so blah. She was safe with her parents to begin with, they knew what to do as well..wasn't anything serious.
