My cousins grandmother had her house redone. Ripped off side of house to put up a new one. Halfway through he bounces. No calls/ nothing.

Ive only seen this in the news.
We have called the police, no luck locating his finances and shit

So i was wondering if anyone can give me some tips on what to do? what sites to use?
