Allright i'm a newbie here, i've been researching cycles some time now. I'm 22, 5'11", 165lbs... been working out for for about 3 years now... i've never been able to slap on the weight but I stay pretty cut with good strength for my size. It's all about the diet and that will be upped once i start my cycle. I do know alot about nutrition when it comes to lifting so that wont be a problem. Heres what I had in mind... let me know what you guys think or if another form of gear might be a better choice
Week 1-4 --- Dbol 30mgs daily, Sustanon 500mg a week 2 shots
week 5-10--- continues just with the Sustanon 500mg a week

I'll have plenty of HCG and Nolvadex on hand i'd like to know your inputs on the proper amount and when I should take them.
Also... I can't seem to get my hands on Liquidex or anything similar to get rid of the bloat. I'm kinda worried about that... Would you personally hit a dbol/sust cycle without some form of this?
I have the access to a large/ healthy diet and really plan on stepping it up in the gym... My goals for my first cycle is around 20 + lbs hopefully not 2 much water weight filling up that 20. Not really about the weight just looking to take my physique/ strength to a higher level.
I plan on keeping a detailed report on my cycle posted on this forum of before, progress, and after pics once i start + updated experiences taking whatever it may be. Forums have been very helpful to me so i'd like to give back my truthful experiences as I go through my cycle.
