Need Help Getting a Start

Hello,
I am an extreme newbie to the anabolic side of lifting. Having lifted for about 4 years I am looking to further my gains at a rapid pace. Funny that I found this sigt! ;)
Here is what I am now. 6'2"...240 lbs..... rather high body fat percentage........ i bielve it to be over 20.......lol.....pretty shitty huh........ anyways. I can bench about 285 and squat over 450. I would like to see some massive gains in not only strength but in looks. It seems the stronger I get the more muscle I get but I don't get that much bigger. Maybe a little more definition here and their but nothng astounding for the work I put in. I try to lift three times a week for about 2 hours. Usually I get in more but that is the minimum.
Where should one like me start? Where is the "gear" available at? Any of the internet companies actually reliable? What stack or setup should a first timer start with? Thanks for the help.

Not the best way to start, now every tom, dick and harry will be sending you mail telling you what to take and asking for you to send money for which you wont recieve anything in return.

Click the elite select link at top of page and start by reading AJ profiles of AAS. Start reading posts here etc. There is far to much info for someone to just sit down and type out for you, you need to make an effort yourself to educate yourself.
 
First off welcome.

Secondly never openly ask about sources, EVER!

Third spend the time here doing reswearch, then ask questions to fill in the gaps. There are some very smart bros here, but noone wants to do all the work for you.
