Need help from the pro's...

I do not have a ton of access to the internet at this time so I am unable to search all over the board to compile the information I am looking for...so I would really appreciate some advice. Please, I only need advise from the "been there done that crowd". No begginers.
I just finished my first cycle. I am 29. 6'0, 235# pre cycle and 246# 9 weeks later. The cycle was QV 300 Deca, and QV Stan.

Deca Stan
Wk 1-2 300 3 Tabs Day
Wk 2-3 350 3 Tabs Day
Wk 4 400 4 Tabs Day
Wk 5 500 5 Tabs Day
Wk 6 400 4 Tabs Day
Wk 7 350 3 Tabs Day
Wk 8 300 3 Tabs Day


I did see some size (not much) and my strenght went up slightly. I am taking on 200-300 Grams Protein Daily and two doses of Creatine. I would have expected to see better results, however this was my VERY FIRST cycle ever! I have been told that had I been lifting on a regular basis for 3-6 month prior, I would ahve seen better results in this stact. So my next cycle I should see better results. I had lifted a few years back but went south the day I wrecked the Corvette and had neck surgery. Will I have better results in my nect cycle?

Q- Is this cycle any good? Should I go with higher reps or les reps more weight? How long should I work out? I was working out 3-4 days a week. 1-2 hours, 4-5 sets 8-10 reps. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Should I use the same cycle next time? I have another bottle of TEST and DECA but I am unsure if I want o use the test yet...please advise. Thanks in advance.

IMO, you should have started off with a test only cycle. Anyway, it's too late for that now. It sounds like you are unhappy with the total weight gained from your first cycle. A great mass cycle would be test/deca.
1-12 test-e 500mg/wk
1-12 deca 200mg/wk

Keep your calories high and make sure they are clean and you should grow like a weed.

As far as your workouts are concerned, everyone is different. So you really are the best person to answer any questions about that. I will say that the more experience you have lifting, the better you can fine tune your workouts.........the more results you'll see. (both "on" and "off")

Thanks for the quick response. I am going to sound like an idiot here but clarify this for me.What ezactly do you mean by clean calories? Natural sources I am assuming? Also.
, A vial of Deca "300" the "300" is the amount of MG per CC correct?

NO junk food. Big macs, french fries, etc. Second question....Yes

Clean = quality protein, clean carbs (whole wheats, brown rice, yams) good fats.
A lot of people eat anything in site in order to bulk up. Then they have to try and do a cutting cycle to get rid of the extra fat. If you keep your calories clean, then it will minimize the fats, which will minimize the need for a cutting cycle.

yes, the numbers on the vials typically represent the mg's per ml.

Would you run Dbol at the beginning?
What about pct?

Would I run dbol in the beginning, yes. Should he, no.
I've used all of these before, so I know what to expect. He's never used test or dbol before. I'm not a big fan of introducing more than one new steroid to your body at a time.

I run hcg and nolv for my pct. With these compounds I would start hcg during the beginning of the last week of the cycle and run it for three weeks total along with 20mg of nolv every day. Then run the nolv at 40mg/ed for 7 days, then 20mg/ed for 14 days.
 
You should never do a cycle unless you've been training and eating correctly naturally for a few years. If you can't stick to it naturally and build a solid base, then don't expect anything but what you got.
