I do not have a ton of access to the internet at this time so I am unable to search all over the board to compile the information I am looking for...so I would really appreciate some advice. Please, I only need advise from the "been there done that crowd". No begginers.
I just finished my first cycle. I am 29. 6'0, 235# pre cycle and 246# 9 weeks later. The cycle was QV 300 Deca, and QV Stan.

Wk 1-2 300 3 Tabs Day
Wk 2-3 350 3 Tabs Day
Wk 4 400 4 Tabs Day
Wk 5 500 5 Tabs Day
Wk 6 400 4 Tabs Day
Wk 7 350 3 Tabs Day
Wk 8 300 3 Tabs Day
I did see some size (not much) and my strenght went up slightly. I am taking on 200-300 Grams Protein Daily and two doses of Creatine. I would have expected to see better results, however this was my VERY FIRST cycle ever! I have been told that had I been lifting on a regular basis for 3-6 month prior, I would ahve seen better results in this stact. So my next cycle I should see better results. I had lifted a few years back but went south the day I wrecked the Corvette and had neck surgery. Will I have better results in my nect cycle?
Q- Is this cycle any good? Should I go with higher reps or les reps more weight? How long should I work out? I was working out 3-4 days a week. 1-2 hours, 4-5 sets 8-10 reps. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Should I use the same cycle next time? I have another bottle of TEST and DECA but I am unsure if I want o use the test yet...please advise. Thanks in advance.
