I have the fat around the tity god them problem and lower abs (that is the only explanation I can come up with exrtogen), I mean I wake up at 5:30 am to do one our cardio on an empty stomach, in the afternoon I train for an hour an twenty minutes and two times a week I do also cardio for 40 min in the afternoon, I heat 6 to 7- meal a day all lean lots of protein tough I'm loosing body fat (I also includes 4mg of TIRATRICOL per day), that is at an extremely low rate, I do cheat on Sunday meals though! I'm 6'1'' 243 lbs, I gain extremely easy with any cycle I do( been doing it for 2.5 years), I have a wide frame and there are a couple semi-pro body boulder at my gym that had asked my why I do not compete but the only thing I have never try is anti-aromaisers, my sources I can get just about anything except: cloim, arimidex
