I have been using napsgear for over 15 years and never had a single issue, but my last 2 orders have went no where. My last order they told me GP was sold out and they credited my account so I figured out I had to send more money and make a new order to use the credit which I did $640 and switched to a completely different brand that was US domestic. It's been almost a week and I still haven't received tracking and when I look at the brand I recently switched to I'm seeing everything on that brand also says sold out. I can't log into my account because the page is down and I cannot afford to send anymore money at this point. I have no clue what to do so could someone please get me in contact with Jason or any other reliable naps rep ASAP!
