Need help from a MOD..I know wrong place

I know this the wrong place to post this but I have tried 4 times to go platinum but when I log in as returning customer, I put my username in and password bit it says I'm not a member. Hell I've got almost 200 posts as a regular member. What gives? I want the 3 month option plus I think myou get an extra month or something. Please help me. And to all members sorry for wasting post in the wrong place.
