Need help formulating a bulking diet

Hey there, I'm new to the site, but have been nothing but impressed with all of the great recources on this board. I've learned more in 4 hours of searching the archives than I have in 7 months of fitness research.

I figure it would be best to start with some backround info. I lost nearly 100 pound of fat since july on a low fat, relatively low calorie, and moderate carb diet, coupled with lifting and intense cardio 4 times a week (burned as much as 900 calories some days at the gym just doing cardio)

So now it's january..I've lost all of the weight that I wanted to lose (save for those resistant pockets of fat, which I will take care of in my cutting phase closer to summer), but I've come to the realization that while I have gained muscle and strength, the gains have been very minimal due to my limited calorie intake, and mediocre protein consumption. I am 6 feet tall and weigh between 155 and 165 pounds depending on water weight.

I've tried following some of X's earlier suggestions, but the fact of the matter is that everyone's different. So a diet better tailored to my needs would help me know that I'm eating the right foods. Keep in mind that I've been trying to keep clean, and only cheat when I feel that I really must

I also want to max out my possible gains, with minimal fat gain (when you lose that much weight in a recent period of time you can't help but be fearful of gaining it back) so supplements are desired- right now I'm looking at the gla/ala/cla combo.. anything else that's good, and safe?

Lastly, (I know this doesn't really belong on this board, so sorry..but it seems to make more sense to add a quick question rather than making an entire new post on a different board) What should one's cardio schedule look like while bulking? Like I said, I had been burning a ton of calories in my former cardio outings, and likely put myself in a catabolic state. I did 35 minutes on stairs, 20 minutes on the eliptical rider, and a 5 minute jog on a treadmill. Is this too much, or would one be better to do a 30 minute fast walk/high incline on a treadmill and 30 minutes on a bike?

Hopefully this is sufficient backround info. I know you get these sorts of questions on the time, especially Mr. X, but I really look forward to the good advice. Thanks a lot!
