A friend just called and said her friend just took several small green pills. This was her description:
Saucer shaped (thicker in the middle, tapering down to the sides)
Small (maybe .25 in diameter)
Green (chalk green color)
Writing on one side that says "M" with "51" below
Anyone recognize these pills? Her friend is drunk but she doesn't want to take her to the ER and possibly get her friend in trouble for attempted suicide if she doesn't have to. They have made her throw up but haven't seen any of the pills come out.

I'm no expert, but I'm sure there are forums for ravers and the like (I remember seeing a TV show about websites that had details on good pills, bad pills, what to stay away from etc...), so that might be your best bet... getting them to the ER aside, of course...

Just got off the phone. I found it online; the descriptions match exactly. Its called AMITRIPTYLINE HYDROCHLORIDE and is an antidepressant. It isn't very easy to OD from, but you can apparently OD if you take enough. It also increases the effects of alcohol. They apparently got at least ten pills out of her so far, and I told then to take her to the ER anyway. Not sure what they are going to do, but I hope she's okay. Thanks for help, guys. Karma to you then I'm going back to bed!
