Need help fast! "short cycle" or not..starting in a few days

Ok I need some help here. My plans were to start a short cycle in a few days. The cycle would look like this:
Day 1: Test propionate 500mg, 200mg winstrol, 2mg arimidex
Day 2-14: winstrol 100mg, arimidex 0.5mg
Days 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11: 300mg Testosterone Propionate(a total of 2g TP in 11 days)

I ordered some TP a while ago, but STUPID me didn't look that carefull at the box they arrived in. I knew I had ordered 2g TP, but thought they would be 100mg/ml, but no..100mg/2ml from Virormone. I would have to shoot 10ml day one, and I only have 5/8" needles and can't get anything else. Now I'm not so sure If I should do this short cycle or not. My goals are to gain as much LBM in these 2-3 weeks, and hold as much fat away as possible. What I can do is to trade the TP and get Deca instead. So what do U think. Should I do the short cycle or should I go for a 9 week deca cycle(400mg/week) with winstrol(6-7 weeks 50mg/day or so to keep prevent progestrone) and 250mg test/week to keep sexdrive up? Maybe 0.25mg arimidex EOD to hold wather away..

So, it's 2 weeks cycle of Test Prop and winny?
NO WAY! Wait and get some more gear and run at least 6-8 weeks of the test! Don't waste what you have.
