NEED help dont know what to do, bulk or cut

man my body is really freaking retarded. im 6'1 and im about 145 pounds when i wake up in the morning these days. You'd probably be thinking im a skinny FUCK but im CHUBBY. Only my top two abs show they'res a bit of chub under it that i can pull, i kinda have HIP fat like my stomach kinda arches as it comes down from my chest twoard my hips. MY face is a little chubby(well im baby faced i got big cheeks :( wanna look older). Im 17 and i hit puberty at 15 i dont know if this has anything to do wth it but im a late bloomer. So i dont know if i should be getting rid of this excess fat that is pissing me off cuz my face is chubby and i feel flabby to an extent or i should be gaining a ton of mass that i desperately need to fill out my frame. I mean i got 7 inch wrists, my shoulders are broad its not like i have a tiny frame or anything. I think i may have a lil gino to but it seems to be going away because my nips no longer hurt anywhere as much as it did at first not long ago. Thanks for any advice, dont laugh to hard....

Take in tons of protein. Eat clean but High Calories. Throw in cardio three times a week to help burn any excess BF and lift like crazy. You are primed to grow and I have no doubt your body will fall into line quickly. Good luck.
 
Be patient man, you're nearing the tail end of your "growth spurt," and your endocrine balance is probably somewhat out of whack right now... this is normal for your age. Stick to the tried and true basics for at least another 2-3 years: 1) Eat clean protein and carb sources, 5-6 times/day for around 3000 cal/day. 2) Intense weight lifting 4-5 times/week 3) AM empty-stomach cardio at least 3 times/week. Stick to it, and once your hormones realign, you're true form will start to come out. Good luck.
 
oh ya i've been riding a big growth spurt when i was 15 i was 5'4 and i've actually grown 2 inches since may..and i can barely grown any facial hair. People are always so shocked at how tall i got cuz i was the kid that was always called a shrimp ect. My face more or less looks the same though and i cant grow much facial hair at all
 
Calm down, your body is still half way between a boy and a man. Clean calories with cardio and some weight training will help you develop. Don't worry about the facial hair. Beards are over-rated. I'm paying $1,000+ to get rid of the hair on my neck. I hardly had any facial hair at 17. I was a late bloomer too.
 
Just wait it out another year or two. It's normal for your body to be going through some weird changes at this time. Just eat clean, a lot of protein, and continue to stay in the gym. That's all you can do for now. When you are all done growing and maturing, then you can really work on becoming a chick fucking machine. :D
 
Just eat clean and stay active for a while. One of my good friends was also a late bloomer. He was always tiny throughout school. When we were seniors he finally cuaght up and passed me at 5'10" but was still skinny. I lost touch with him after school and when i saw him again he was 6'3" and up to about 215. Last time i saw him he was at 6'5" around 240 and looked like a monster. Thankfully he said he stopped growing about 23 which was odd that he would grow so late, but sometimes it just happens. So just let your body go where it will take you and stay clean for a while is all I can say.

Search for a thread that I posted up not too long back. It was interesting, and was called "Doing a cycle, and your ex sees you." There were a lot of experiences about being a lot bigger when seeing an ex you haven't seen in a while and how they reacted. Others saw some from high school later on. A lot of good experiences bro'. Should be encouraging to read some of the stories. Your time will come dude. You just gotta be patient.

Sounds to me like you need to lay off of the Crank.
 
what do you want. Do you want to look like a bodybuilder or do you want to look like a kid.

I do not think any one under the age of 21 should do the juice. It does more harm than good. But if you are going to juice. You definately need to bulk. Hell my wife weighs as much as you do and she is only 5'7" and if she was going to compete she would need to bulk.

Bulk, Bulk , Bulk, worry about the baby fat later.

Stay away from the juice. You are not fully developed and the juice will keep your body from fully developing. Work out, put as much protein away as you can. Lift as heavy as you can and stay clean for another 2-3 years. Then if you are not where you want to be you might consider the juice.

And by the way. Back to the crank statement. Are you taking speed or something to make you so skinny. If so get off.
 
hell no im not on any crank. Only drug i ever do is weed or alcohol. I think my problem is i hardly eat im gonna change that.
 
Definetely bulk up bro. I have the exact same problem as you, 3 months ago I was 6'2 145 and now im at 171 (still way too skinny), just eat like crazy but eat good foods so u dont put on too much fat. Cut out things like fries, pop, beer candy..all junk foods basically. I try to get about 5000 cals of good food every day...and of course bust your ass in the gym.
