I started the thread in another section, but they pointed here for more support.

Sometime late last year, I decided I wanted to get into better shape. I'm not (or was) obeese, but I knew I had weight I DEFINITELY wanted to lose. (Mainly on my upper body area) At the time, I was 6'3'' and I was about 195-200lbs. Medium frame.

I knew I couldn't go "hardcore" like a lot of people do, and I felt I didn't have to do anything drastic so all I did was do some light exercise and ate better than I was eating. Before I would eat 3 means a day, and if I didn't eat in the morning (like breakfast) I would eat big dinners, and then maybe even right before I fell asleep.

Well, I started cutting down on what I ate, and ate small portions of food and eating them roughly 4-5 times a day every 3-4 hours. (Trying to speed metabolism. Like in the morning (Wake up at 8am) i'd eat raisen bran cereal and a fruit, 11:30am for lunch a sandwich (like turkey) 3pm i'd eat a snack like maybe a half a sandwich or even a granola bar or something, then for dinner maybe some brown rice and some chicken. This wasn't the SAME foods I ate, but it was basically small portions every 3 hours 5 times a day, mostly chicken/turkey for meat (cut of red meat) and i'd drink nothing but water. No sodas or anything. And if I did have foods not "healthy" I would eat a SMALL portion. I also cut off the bad foods like french fries, candy, donuts.

I did the carb a day/calories a day chart too and I was eating the right portions in which it said I had to eat in order for me to get to a lower weight as well.

My cousin also told me about this weight management named "Tonalin" that I used as well.

I also have an exercise bike that I would jump on 2 times (sometimes 3 times) a week, and ride for 30 minutes, and not ride under 18-20 mph. (basically a 10 mile ride) The bike moved where one moment it would be as if i'm going uphill then the next, i'd be going downhill.

Well, I lost some weight. I'm now the same height but i'm 175-180lbs. Basically I lost 20 pounds. But there still is a problem.

I can EASILY see that I lost weight in my face, neck, arms and legs, but I still have weight on my upper body (stomach/chest area) that is still there, and that's what I REALLY want to get off. Lately, I really haven't been eating the best things, and though i'm still the same weight, it looks as if I might have a little MORE weight on my body.

I'm kinda upset about it now. I look at the charts and a medium frame (did the wrist test and doctors even said) 6'3' 178 pounds is a good weight, (or at least not bad) but I still have this weight on me I don't want. I also read up somewhere on how metabolisms sometimes cause weight to be gained in certain areas and not distributed right, but who knows.

I'm really kinda tired of this.. I want to lose this unwanted weight on my body. I want to know if you guys can give me some advice. It's gotten to the point where i've tried things for a while, and now since I have, I kinda want fast results, whether it be taking some supplement, or doing a certain exercise to focus on what I want, or anything.

So can you help me?

Forst of congrats on the weight loss.

Unfortunately there is no mircale weightloss supplement some will aid you in cutting but diet is key. Stick with it and try not to fall into a lull where you give up and start eating shitty again you will only regret it later on. You have done a good job this far getting shot of 20lb. Try mixing your diet up adding maybe some more protein in placement of that afternoon half sandwhich say tuna ot protein shake. Maybe change your cardio to HIIT as this will burn more fat. There are some great supplements from the Afstore that will "AID" you along the way T-Rex and PureCee are my favs i have tried others but these work for me best. GO check on the diet forum and start a log in there people have alot of knowledge and im sure will help you out. I would also include some weight training in there somwhere as this will help also. Stick with it bro it takes time.
