need help - car rental question

lets say you have a car rental, you're at home or where ever and the car won't start. What does the car rental company do, do they send out a tow truck and replacement?

Call the rental car place - they may be able to send someone out. I was at an event at the Chargers this summer and during set-up some dipshit we were with locked our keys in the rental car. When I called them to figure out the best way to handle, they gave me several options:

- use your own AAA card
- wait for the rental car place to get a locksmith for you, which would cost $$$$
- the carmaker (Forget who it was - Chrysler maybe) has a program where they will send someone out for you

did you get this car from a ghetto rental place?

Avis (cause I've used them in the past) will send a flatbed with another car and pick the one with problems. I guess its the same with any major company...

Friggin call them and ask, Taquito Tits. There should be something in the contract too, although it's probably written on a soft shell with Mild sauce

I woke up late for work so I called my boss and told him I had some relatives from out of town come for the weekend (which I did) and their rental car wouldn't start this morning so I was going to stick around for a bit and help them figure out what to do. So when I go back to work I need to know what say. Cappiche?

I'm still at home BTW, about to jump in the shower and get ready for work. Man I wish I could wake up and get ready at leisure like this more often.

BTW, enterprise will send out a tow truck and deliver a replacement car, just in case anyone was wondering. I actually called them.

dude, you're an engineer. solve the fucken problem.

you think the dipshits on EF will know what to do?

i rented a car on my honeymoon, and it wouldnt start... happy times...

they told me it'd be a while before they got someone to me (after a hurricane) so i got it jumped and gave it back...

they did nothing special at all.
