Ok here is the deal. I have done a few cycles a long long time ago. I am 47 and overweight. I fell into some gear and am seriously thinking of taking it for a run. I'm not an idiot and I plan on getting my shit together before taking .( proper diet and life style) I am not looking to to get HUGE so keep that in mind. I just want to get a descent looking body again and need a little ( maybe a lot) help getting there. With that being said I need a basic cycle info and what to get for PCT. afterwards. I have been reading a lot of forums and I am more confused now than ever.. Here are my stats and the gear I have to work with. 47yrs old
