need good pct

i'm doing 100 mg prop ED for 5weeks..what is a good pct??? I' m thinking 4weeks clomid 50mg/day or 20mg nolvadex for 4weeks or is it better to use both compounds??? and i have some AIFM...

5wks is a very short cycle even for prop. Why not extend to at least 7-8wks. Clomid and nolva should be enough for PCT and you can use the AIFM throughout cycle and PCT.

just doing shorter cycles now....4 weeks than pct...a break of 4 weeks and than all over again...i'm glad with 2 à3kg with no sides....
