Need Food!

appetite? just cram the food down even if your stomach says NO. If not blend all your food up (like hamburgers) and drink it
 
The best way is too start eating a little bit more then you usually do. To the point where you feel uncomfortable. Your stomach will stretch and you will be able to eat more eventually. When I was in the Air Force during basic training, you had to shove a bunch of food in you as quickly as you can, plus three drinks per meal. At first the three drinks alone filled me up and I couldn't eat much. But since the demand for nutrients to fuel my body was high, within the first week I was able to finally eat more. By the end of training I could eat the whole time without getting full, and that's alot of food. Now that I'm not doing that anymore, my appetite is back to normal.
 
My appetite doesn't increase normally with activity. I know b/c I started a new job and went to train again like normal and could only do like 2 reps what I should have gotten for 9. I tried an ME and it was off by 10 pounds (5%). Just got to start crammin' I guess. Does B12 help? Periuctin? Equipoise? This is what I found on a search.
 
I hate to give advice like this but allot of people smoke weed to induce their appetite. I’ve done it myself it worked great but eventually found I couldn’t eat without it.
 
Do salty foods help? Any foods make you hungry? Would taking N-large for a week induce a bigger appetite when the body gets used to it and then it's taken away?
 
Well if you read some of my posts you probably relize that i like weed.Now If you do smoke even on occasion try smokin a blunt or a joint or whatever.I find this a great way to get my appetite up.It's also great to smoke after a grueling workout where it leaves you sore.Well weed may not be for you but it does work if you do smoke I suggest pick up a little bit and just leave it at home if you feel like its been to long since your last meal just hit a bowl or two this does the trick every time.
 
Eat food w/ Fat Last, My brain is not satisfied until I have had a certain amount of Fat to make me feel satsfied with my meal.

Honestly, I dont see how anyone who works out could ever have this problem, on top of It I smoke Pot sooo Im constantly battling food cravings.
