need diet plan

my g/f has got some good advice on a workout plan.. now the is needing a good diet plan.. she is wanting to lose some weight. she doesnt want to get big.. just tone and be able to fit into the cloths she has.. she gained some unwanted weight because of birthcontrol.. ladies or men please help.. i know carb diets are good, but hard to stick with.. she has a very crazy work skedule. give detailed advice.. like what to eat for breakfat, lunch and dinner.. and if she should eat something in between.. thx
 
thx alot.. pretty good just may have to change the time.. she gets up around 6am and sometimes later.. sometimes she work 8-5 and sometimes she works 12-9.. she will be working out after she gets off.. gave us a lot to go by though.. do you ever get tired of eating the same stuff though..
 
Yep spatts is 100% correct....you can enjoy yourself once in a while..but you will find after eating clean for a while..it doesnt taste so good anymore and you will crash!! I usually feel sick and slugish after a cheat meal...they become less frequent the more I do this.
