Hi, if you like to be more cut you need more aerobics, try a full body excercise like rowing or cross country machine those have the advantage of being impact free, for your age I do not recommend to run until you lower your weight. Try at least 3 times at week for a month and only if you have a solid aerobic base start using suplement like ECA (warning only if you have a saludable heart). Alternate with 2 full body weight lifting routines (semi lights) in no aerobic days. To start the 1 month use safe suplements like green tea and carnitine before your training.
