Hi all, I just have a few quick questions that I was wondering you could all help me with.
First of all let me explain a bit about myself and what my diet looks like. I'm currenlty 5ft 10inchs and weighing 215lbs. My diet consists of 400 grams of protein 100 grams of carbs and 15 grams of fat. I'm currenlty about 9% body fat and holding lot's of water
So on to my question
I'm currently 6 weeks out from competition and I need some advice on what type of gear I should be taking. I'm currenlty taking Test Prop 1000mg's a week, 30mg's of d-bol and 200mcg's of T4. I can only get my hand on Test Prop, Stanazol tabs, d-bol tabs, clenbuterol and T4.
Do you think taking 1000mg's of test 6 weeks a good thing or a bad thing?
Should I decrease the test dosage? or should i take something else?
Your ideas would be mostly appreciated
