Does anyone know where I can get a free contract to sell a website business?
I could get my lawyer to do it but it will take more than a week due to the holidays?

here is a site with all kinds of samples of contracts. you might have to look around to find what you want. hopefully it is of use to you...

a basic contract would include, seller and buy info, what is being sold, how much it is being sold for, how payment is going to be received. get both parties to sign and date it, and then take it and get it notarized (which can be done at your town hall.)

there are lots of people who sell their websites on Ebay. You could try sending an email to bunch of them offering them $50 for a copy of whatever contract they've already had their attorney draw up or whatever......
not sure where else you could get it on such short notice.
