Hi... can someone tell me the right way of taking sustanon250 with decas?? im a beginer and need proper advise before taking them... do i inject in the same butt cheek individually?? or can i mix them both in a syringe and then inject??? and do i need to take anything else after i come off this stack??
all help would be greatly appreciated very much.

I'm new to it to but thats what i took last time along with abombs. I do know that you can mix them. and as long as you stay in the cheek you can safley take up to 3 cc. might want to less in the shoulder.

Agreed.
But if your gonna do it: Yes you can mix them into the same syringe. I almost always use my outer quads, because it's easy to access, and doesn't hurt much. Don't forget to aspirate (pull the plunger back after it's in your muscle to see that you haven't hit a vein) before you inject. Use alcohol swab to sterilize the injection site and the top of any multi use vials you draw from. Train big, eat big, sleep big = get big.

Yes if you dont even know how to take them, then you dont need to be taking them yet. Hang out here and read all you can, there is so much information here and its right in front of you, take advantage of it.
