need advice please - cycling test p with arimidex and hcg

hi

i wrote another post last night but have just edited it to make sure it made more sense. firstly hello all this is my first post on elite

would anyone be able to answer the following questions for me please

1. Is 100 shot of test p eod ok for ten week cycle
2. How long into the cycle should i start taking arimidex
3. How long into the cycle should i take hcg and what amounts per week
4. what are the main signs of low estrogen and also high

i have been given alot of wrong information at the gym i go to and could really do with some help

have you ever ran a cycle before?

yes 4 test p cycles ranging between 8 and 10 weeks. havent used arimidex before and got told that hcg should be used post cycle. basically im just getting loads of wrong advice and could do with some help from people with knowledge
