Need advice for a recovery cycle

I need advice on a cycle. I have done deca, sust, t3, winny & clomid before. I separated my ac-joint in July while I was doing my last set of incline bench. I was on sust, winny, t3 and clomids until the injury. I got bum scope about the clomids and I completely fucked up my gains. I am starting to get back in the gym this month and I would like to get in the full swing of things next month. I am still on active duty and I can’t gain too fast. I don’t know what I should take to get back in shape. I am at 20% body fat I am 6’2” 218 and I’m prone to gyno. Please help!:confused:
 
Work out naturally for at least 2 months. You will gain a lot just with increased food intake and maybe creatine. Muscle memory! Then jump on some gear. If you dont train naturally, your ligaments and tendons will have a much more serious chance of injury. Get used to the weights and strengthen your Ligs and tends. I would supp with glucosamine/Chondriton for those 2 months to aide in repair and recovery.
 
I was planing on ording my juice now since it takes me forever to get them and it cost so dam much. I am already taking the glucosamine chondriton. I work at gnc part time so I get all the normal stuff from there. Any ideas on what juice I should get? Right now I can only get a hold of d-bol, sust, deca, t3, clen, clomids.
