I need advice on a cycle. I have done deca, sust, t3, winny & clomid before. I separated my ac-joint in July while I was doing my last set of incline bench. I was on sust, winny, t3 and clomids until the injury. I got bum scope about the clomids and I completely fucked up my gains. I am starting to get back in the gym this month and I would like to get in the full swing of things next month. I am still on active duty and I can’t gain too fast. I don’t know what I should take to get back in shape. I am at 20% body fat I am 6’2” 218 and I’m prone to gyno. Please help!
