Hey bro's on a bulker diet right now, been on for 2 weeks and want to know what you all think. I already know a few problems with the diet, being the weight gainer shake is not the best but im in a jam for the calories and new some new recommendations. I work 8-530 M-F in an office setting so its a little tough to make meals and eat exactly when im suppose too.

Breakfast - Shake in blender
12oz milk, 1 whole egg, 2tblsp natty pb, 3 eggswhite, 1 scoop whey
10am -
Workout days - 3 chicken thighs or 1 large breast, 1 can black beans or black eye peas
Non workout days - Russian Bear weight gainer (2scoops) with water for 1000 calories
1pm - Tuna/chicken again + 3 brown rice cakes
430pm - preworkout snack, 1 piece of fruit
6pm - Workout days - Russian Bear 2 scoops PWO
Non workout days - 3 chicken thighs or 1 large breast, 1 can black beans or black eye peas
830pm - steak or 3whole eggs+3 egg whites, 3 slices WW bread
