need advice..3 weeker or 8-10 weeker, thanks.

I keep reading about 3 week cycles and their possible benefits when it comes to not getting shut down, small, clean gains etc etc...

I am now over 30 and honestly have only been juicing off and on for the past 5 years and haven't really done any "big" cycles. I currently am 6'1 215 with about 12% bf....I am now thinking about trying the 3 week cycle from the bobybuilding truth that N. Montana talks about....a shot of sust on day 1 and cyp on day 7, running primo almost daily along with var the first 2 weeks and winny the last week for a total of 21 days..., then taking off about 4-6 weeks and doing it over again.....

would it be better if I stick to my original plan and just run primo for about 10 weeks at 400/wk and var at 30/wk for the last 6-8? or try the 3 week cycle??

I could have written the same question. I've done Montana's 3 week cycle before and I did get some gains, although it wasn't huge. It is a pretty expensive cycle...

Anyone here have any thoughts on that cycle versus a more standard 8-10 week one?
 
Well i personally am not going to risk shutting my nads down for three weeks of gains. You just cant grow much actual muscle in 3 weeks. Ive always heard even short cycles mess with your test production even if not complete shut down. I also must add i have never tried that short cycle so i cannot say its a waste of time and money completely but im skeptical of the advantages over a reg cycle that is proven to add mass and work.
