Just have a few quick questions for anyone that knows. Does gum/caffeine raise your insulin levels in such a way that it takes you out of keto?
Ive been running the diet for about 4 days now, plan on running it long term if results are good, and am worried that ill eat something or take a supplement that will take me out of keto. So far my carbs have been less than 15g a day, all coming from meats/cheese. I want to eat a little peanut butter that has Omega 3 in it, but at 8 carbs a spoon i think i would quickly regret it lol.
So overall, do you guys know of anything that someone would overlook that would take you out of keto?
Gum, caffeine in general ( Coffee, tea, supplements ), carbs exceeding 20?
I was going to take Needto's Alpha stack in about a week or so with this diet to see how well it works. Good idea, or bad with this diet?
Thanks in advance.
